Privacy Policy
How the EasyPhone Guide (Instrukcja Seniora) app processes your data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kandyb Studio, contact: kontakt@kandyb-studio.eu.
2. What data we collect
The app does not require an account or sign-in.
- User-generated content (screenshots, step texts, manuals) — strictly local on the device, NOT collected by the publisher
- App settings (language, ad-free purchase status, tutorial completion) — locally
- In the free version with ads: advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA) and usage data collected by Google AdMob (not by the publisher), for the purpose of displaying ads
Your data stays locally on your device, except in the cases described below.
3. Who we share data with
- Google AdMob (USA (Google LLC)) — ads in the free version (interstitial); may process advertising identifiers and usage data.
- Apple App Store / Google Play (USA) — handling of one-time ad-free purchase and purchase restoration.
We do not sell your data. Each subprocessor processes data only to the extent necessary for the app to work.
4. Advertising
The app shows ads. A third-party SDK may read the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS — with your consent via App Tracking Transparency; GAID on Android — opt-out available in Google settings).
5. Data retention
User data (manuals, screenshots, settings) is stored locally until it is deleted in the app or the app is uninstalled. The publisher does not run servers and does not store user content. Advertising data is processed by Google in accordance with its own policy.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To delete your data/account see Data / account deletion.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data (target rating 4+).
8. Additional information
All user content is on-device — no account, no cloud, no custom backend. AdMob ads are being integrated (currently a mock ad runs in the test build). Before personalizing ads and accessing the tracking identifier, the app will ask for consent: App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS and consent message (UMP/CMP) in EEA/UK. We do not use RevenueCat or external analytics.
