Terms of use for the EasyPhone Guide (Instrukcja Seniora) app.
1. Acceptance
By using the EasyPhone Guide (Instrukcja Seniora) app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The app currently does not charge fees beyond any in-store purchases (if applicable).
4. User content
The user creates manuals based on their own screenshots. The content belongs to the user and remains on their device; the publisher does not have access to it.
5. Disclaimers
- The app is not affiliated with or sponsored by Apple, Google, WhatsApp, Meta, or any bank.
- Templates and manuals are for auxiliary/educational purposes — steps on a specific phone may vary depending on the model and system version.
- Tips on recognizing scams are general security advice, not legal, financial, or medical advice.
- The user is responsible for the content and further sharing of exported/printed manuals (PDF).
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Additional provisions
The app works offline; an internet connection is required to display ads (free version).
